Proven Track Record
It was over 10 years ago when BCS Recruitment began providing HR services for local Irish businesses. Since then, the company has expanded their remit as well as their client base; BCS now delivers specialised recruitment services to organisations big and small, recruiting from graduate/trainee through to senior manager and director level.
On top of this, BCS is the only firm in the country to organise large-scale recruitment fairs. The Jobs Expo, Biz Expo, and Construction Jobs Expo run across Dublin, Cork and Galway, bringing together tens of thousands of skilled job-seekers and their prospective employers. The next Education Expo, which kicks off on the 7th September in the RDS, marks the 40th event to date that BCS has managed for Careers Unlimited, with another three expos set to take place in 2019.
Growth in the Recruitment Field
As the jobs market and technology industries continue to develop, so do the services that BCS recruitment deliver. Towards the end of this year, BCS will introduce virtual recruitment facilities to cater for their clients in tech, as well as multinationals hiring from abroad. This expansion will deliver twofold, allowing the BCS team to assist more candidates, saving jobseekers time and travel costs, as well as allowing employers to engage with the hiring process from overseas.
