As the job market in Morocco continues to thrive, thirteen companies have been identified as the “Best Places To Work in Morocco for 2022.” These organizations have demonstrated their unwavering commitment to fostering an outstanding work environment, prioritizing employee well-being, and nurturing a culture of excellence.
The winners were selected from a pool of more than 44 companies by the London-based organization “Best Places To Work.” The evaluation process took into account crucial factors such as leadership and management style, HR practices, reputation, social responsibility, and organizational quality and excellence. Salaries, social advantages, and relationships between colleagues were also meticulously considered, ensuring a well-rounded assessment.
Emerging as the frontrunner in the category of companies with less than 100 employees, Hilti Morocco topped the list, closely followed by BSH and Asma Invest. In the category of companies with 101 to 300 employees, Roche Morocco claimed the top spot, with Coface and CDG Capital rounding out the top three.
For companies boasting a workforce of 301 to 5000 employees, Nestle Morocco provided the best working space, and were joined by Les Eaux Minerales de Oulmes and Pharma 5. In the final category featuring the largest companies, Dell Morocco dominated the competition as the best employer, followed by Banque Centrale Populaire, Comdata, and Alsa.
“The featured thirteen companies have demonstrated their commitment to ensure that their employees are happy, healthy, and enjoy coming to work,” said Hamza Idrissi, Program Manager for Morocco. Idrissi further emphasized that “despite the disruption brought about by the pandemic over the last two years, the average level of engagement of the top 13 companies is 81%, and this is something to be proud of.”
