YOUR ROLE
Aramark Property is looking for a Property Facilities Coordinator to join our Aramark team in Sandyford business.
This is a full time permenant position working from 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities

•    Ensuring weekly fire alarm checks are carried out;
•    Calling in reactive repairs to contractors when required;
•    General maintenance to include minor painting and repairs;
•    Retain a log breakdowns of lifts, gates, fire alarms etc;
•    Instruct cleaners with respect to additional spillages or staining noted during day to day visits;
•    Ensure all fire exits kept clear and no storage in common areas;
•    Note any breaches of house rules and advise property manager e.g. BBQs on balconies, satellite dishes, non-domestic waste dumping;
•    Inspect common area lobbies daily;
•    Replace light bulbs where possible and request stock from supplier when required;
•    Remove Junk Mail;
•    Liaise with residents when required;
•    Take gas and electrical readings as required;
•    Program access fobs and deliver to residents;
•    Ensure bin-stores are kept in order.
 

Qualifications

•    Have previous caretaking experience;
•    Full Drivers Licence;
•    Some maintenance skills would be advantageous;
•    Good work ethic;
•    Ability to work on their own initiative.
