One of our clients is recruiting a skilled Architectural Technician to provide professional support in the design and management of construction projects. You will work closely with the Manager of the Architects Section, contributing to high-profile projects within our network enhancements team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine design concepts. Prepare planning applications and detailed design packages. Assist in managing construction projects to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and external agencies.
Qualifications:
A third-level qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural design office. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Microstation, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations, Health & Safety, and Planning laws. Full driver's license.
