Catalyx is seeking a Clean Utilities Engineer to join our team and work on our customer site in Co Louth.

As a Clean Utility Engineer, you’ll be joining an organization where people of all backgrounds and experiences are respected, and where we work together focused on changing lives. In this role you’ll be reporting to Utility Manager.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
• CA, CS, PW, WFI, loop and CIP/SIP. Implement planning and distribution for PM work orders and initiate operation plan.
• Involve in the clean utility URS, installation and construction supervision, co-leading C&Q, support on PQ, and calibration activities.
• Initiate and revise SOP for CU system, monitor execution of SOP in EHS and GMP area, and implement training to ensure operation staff activities followed by SOP. Deal with problems during operation.
• Implement validation and qualification for CU system according to WuXi Vaccines standard and GMP requirements.
• Initiate proper material and spare part plan for the above CU system.
• Related change, deviation and CAPA follow-up.
• Prepare and support internal /external audits.
• Conduct system health monitoring, opportunity assessment and continuous improvements.
