The Role

The CSA’s primary objective is to provide engineering input into the projects to enable the project to be constructed safely in the most cost-effective manner on time and under budget.

Role Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural engineering roles, with a focus on energy projects and infrastructure preferred.
Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards related to civil, structural, and architectural engineering (e.g., Eurocodes, IBC, ASCE).
Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects from concept to completion, preferably in the energy sector.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel frequently within Mainland Europe as required.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Company Workplace Health and Safety and Environment systems and legislative requirements.
Maximise project efficiencies.
Drive a high-quality Product behaviour – “Perform all activities once and the right way”.
Contribute to the achievement of Zero LTI’s.
Being involved in implementing or creating innovative, cost-efficient construction methodologies and techniques.
Working actively with site manager and workforce to eliminate the requirement to do activities again.
Manage in conjunction with Site Supervisor, projects which have been delegated by the Project Manager.
Produce construction programs for projects together with site team.
Continuous monitoring of program throughout the life of the project ensuring milestones are completed on time.
In conjunction with Project Manager, planning the resources required to achieve the construction program (plant, labour, and subcontractors) and sourcing.
Planning and implementing the procurement of materials and subcontractors to achieve construction programs.
Preparation and analysis of end of month project costs report with Project Manager.
Monitor of environmental controls where the risk to the environment is serious enough to require monitoring.
Promotes safety and demonstrates safe behaviour.
