Logic360 Group is seeking Site Manager to work in Dublin and surrounding for our client, a Leading M&E Contractor on a range of exciting Industrial, Commercial, Health and Data centre projects.

Role

• Daily property & facility related inspections
• Liaising with local authority if necessary
• Ensure that all contracts are in place with the subcontractors.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are meet
• Experience in working within a multi-disciplinary team
• Experience at all projects design stages from concept & feasibility through to detailed design & construction
• Experience reviewing contractor proposals, submittals, temporary works design etc. Monitoring of all subcontractors and their associated services
• Monitoring, managing and reporting on all expenditure. Insuring expenditure does not exceed budget
• Ensure that all of the equipment is operational and that all equipment is working within defined parameters, settings and operational conditions as required
• Constantly identifying and creating ways to improve efficiency across all services

Experience

• Degree qualified in Construction Management or Equivalent.
• Minimum 5 Years Relevant Experience in Construction Management (preferably Residential)
• Significant Experience of Leading Project Teams and Managing Project Budgets
• Delivery of Project Developer Obligations in Relation to Environmental H&S Legislation and Planning Compliance
