*Process: WCC* Semi Voice process 
*Qualification:* Graduation is Mandatory (15+ years Education)
*Experience:* Both Freshers & Experienced in BPO
*Languages:* Excellent Communication in English(V4) + Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada(Only male candidates for Kannada)
Typing speed of 30+ wpm is mandatory 
*Salary:* 13500/- NAPS
3000/- Quarterly Bonus
1500/- Night shift allowance (only boys are eligible) 
Extra 100/- per hour for Over time hours. 
*Shift & Working Days:* 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
Rotational Shifts( For girls 8 PM is maximum)

* Initially 25 days training & candidates will get a stifund of 350/- day during the training tenure. 
* Try to Avoid mother tongue influenced candidates 
* Kindly brief candidates about BPO & their roles and responsibilities being a BPO agent.

* Kindly make sure if the candidate already worked/absconded with Altruist Technologies.
