Job Descriptions



Job Objectives

  • Live our Mission, Vision and Values.
  • To co-ordinate relief panel of social care workers to place on short notice into our facilities on a requested basis.
  • Management of internal databases.
  • Source quality candidates utilising various sourcing channels & continuously look for new ways to improve candidate pipeline.
  • Maintains personnel files with applicable legal requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to staff.
  • Participate in a rotational on call system.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
  • Prior minimum of 1-2 years previous Recruitment experience. (advantage)
  • CIPD Qualified (advantage).
  • Excellent overall demeanour.
  • An ability to empathise with and understand the needs of others.
  • A strong desire to be ones best.
  • Excellent organisational skills / self-motivated / self-starter.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and IT skills.
  • Willingness to work as part of a multi-departmental team.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Dedicated, reliability and flexible approach to work.
