We are looking for an experienced Worklflow QA Automation Engineer to join our team! As a QA Automation Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and develop your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing Users stories and/Use cases/Requirements (both functional and non-functional) for validity and feasibility.
  • Prepare Test strategy/Test plan/Test approach from the requirements.
  • Set and agree test tool strategy , leveraging automation tools.
  • Adherence to testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the Testing approach.
  • Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
  • Design and Develop automation scripts.
  • Maintain and enhance the current test automation process to meet the departments’ goal of frequent and efficient release of high-quality software.
  • Periodically review automated testing results to triage failures and determine the root cause to be eliminated
  • Manage external vendors and resources for testing while maintaining highest quality.
  • Design End-to-end automation development including planning, development, optimization, and testing of complex workflows
  • Involve in requirements review and participate in architecture/design reviews with an emphasis on test automation/performance strategy and ensuring best practices.
  • Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Provide timely solutions.
  • Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle
  • Provide support and documentation.
  • Test status/Metrics reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on daily basis about project progress and risks

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Pega BPM testing.
  • Strong Automation skills - At least 2-3 years of experience in one or more scripting languages or automation tools like QTP, Selenium.
  • Experience in automated and Data driven testing.
  • Experience working with Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
  • Experience in Browserstack.
  • Experience of CI/CD platforms, focusing on technical artifact organization and integration testing.
  • Experience writing and fine-tuning SQL queries.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in testing financial services software is a big advantage.
