We are seeking applicants from in and around Monaghan who would be interested in working from home remotely!

The Role:

Capita are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to support our utilities supplier to provide outstanding customer service.   This is a fully telephone-based role and will involve interaction with our clients customers over the phone, using various systems and packages to provide a first resolution experience to all callers.

You will be provided with expert training to support you with the product knowledge and key skills to support you within your new role.  Training will be delivered remotely via MS Teams.

For some of our roles, we may require you to travel to Cork on day one to collect your IT equipment, this will be confirmed in the interview process.

As our business operates 365 days each year, full flexibility is required. Shifts will fall between 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7 per week.

You will:

  • Handle a high number of customer queries via telephone
  • Answer all queries in a positive manner, ensuring you give a positive image and great first impression to all contacts
  • Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent manner
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients through open and interactive communication
  • Use multiple systems to navigate each customer account & accurately record all contact interactions on systems in line with expected process

Your experience and attributes will include:

  • Previous experience working in similar environment
  • Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers
  • Having excellent organisational skills
  • Having the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Showing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skills
  • Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future
