You are :
- Sociable, capable of building a connection with our clients and establishing a
relationship of trust.
- Helpful and attentive, ensuring our clients have nothing but solutions thanks to you.
- A polyglot, proficient in at least two languages and comfortable with an international
clientele.
You will :
- Assist our clients from arrival to departure (check-in / check-out) and during their stay
(transport, room changes, etc.).
- Provide personalized welcome and assistance to all clients, tailored to their loyalty
status and nationality.
- Have a thorough knowledge of and share with clients all information about the resort
and its surroundings, standards, products, and services offered at the resort and within
Club Med.
- Proactively disseminate information and, if necessary, translate documents and events
into your native language.
- Understand and apply internal payment and billing policies, taking responsibility for all
financial transactions within your scope of work.
- Be proactive in suggesting improvements to daily operations and the customer
experience to your manager.
- Be familiar with and adhere to hygiene and safety standards as well as all emergency
and evacuation procedures. Contribute to the achievement of revenue related to
additional in-resort sales.
