Job Responsibilities

  • To undertake such maintenance repairs, installation or servicing work as detailed by Aramark / client specification.  
  • To comply with the Company’s procedures when working on a client’s premises.  
  • To observe and always comply with all working practices and to ensure compliance with the appropriate health & safety statutory requirements.                
  • To maintain all Company issued equipment in a clean, serviceable, presentable, and safe manner.  
  • Ensure all Company paperwork is always completed accurately and legibly.  
  • Participate in the Company’s out of hour’s emergency call out rota as required.  
  • Always maintain a professional manner and develop good working relationships with clients and other staff members.  
  • To locate & purchase items of equipment to facilitate the speedy & effective service to our clients.  
  • Communicate current status of works to our Helpdesk after completion of visit.  
  • Ensure all professional qualifications required to undertake duties are up to date.  
  • Support the helpdesk in their role by effective communication and promote efficiency.  
  • Attend review meetings where necessary.  
  • Ensure that work area is maintained in a clean and tidy state and dispose of all waste products in a suitable manner and in line with company procedures.  

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Familiar with Multi Systems, Split AC Systems, Heating / Chilled Water Systems and Ventilation Systems.   
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience on installation, commissioning and servicing HVAC and other mechanical systems ie. Pumps, Pressurisation Units etc would be an advantage  
  • Experience in BMS and control systems an advantage.  
  • Familiar with the use of PDA’s and use of Microsoft Office Packages – Word / Excel competency.   
  • Good Aptitude and positive can-do attitude essential   
  • Candidate would be expected to be part of the on call Rota Team   
  • Flexibility - This is a mobile role servicing our Dublin client base however occasional support to our nationwide clients may be required including attending sites across the Leinster region
