Job description

Job Title: HR Business Partner (contract)

Summary: Our Global Client is putting their mark on the EMEA region and want a successful HR business Partner to join their ever growing team. The ideal candidate will be assessing and identify the needs of employees in Ireland, UK, France, Italy and Spain. The ideal Candidate will have strong Employment Law knowledge in Europe and France along with the day to day responsibilities of a HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Company TM team and HRBPs to provide broad HR support to employees in EMEA
  • Handle general HR administration: support with employment contracts questions, reference letters, regional certifications
  • Liaise with HR COE groups and cross-functional partners, including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and Legal to manage and resolve day-to-day employee issues
  • Provide employee separation support; assist with exit tasks, provide guidance and support to HRBPs/managers on related inquires, address employee separation related questions, support collection of relevant documents
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory activities in countries with Company employees (UK, France, Italy, Spain)
  • Support and drive local as well as regional projects and initiatives



Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources in an autonomous Generalist or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of the French employment law is a must
  • Proven track record with creating solid relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to customer service and providing a positive employee experience
  • An effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Process oriented and the ability to manage detailed work in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and make decisions on when to advance issues
  • Proactive approach, you anticipate potential issues before they arise and diagnosis root issues through listening and inquiry
  • Proficient in English required, additional languages (French, Spanish, and/or Italian) preferred
