Catalyx are seeking a Clean Utilities Engineer to join our team and work on our customer site in Co. Louth.

As Clean Utility Engineer you’ll be joining an organization where people of all backgrounds and experiences are respected, and where we work together focused on changing lives.
In this role you’ll be reporting to Utility Manager.
Your Responsibilities
CA, CS, PW, WFI, loop and CIP/SIP. Implement planning and distribution for PM work orders and initiate operation plan.
Involve in the clean utility URS, installation and construction supervision, co-leading C&Q, support on PQ, calibration activities.
Initiate and revise SOP for CU system, monitor execution of SOP in EHS and GMP area, and implement training to ensure operation staff activities followed by SOP. Deal with problems during operation.
Implement validation and qualification for CU system according to WuXi Vaccines standard and GMP requirement.
Initiate proper material and spare part plan for above CU system.
Related change, deviation and CAPA follow up.
Prepare and support internal /external audit.
Conduct system health monitoring, opportunity assessment and continuous improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering course.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in clean utility.
Minimum of 2 year of Pharmaceutical manufactory work experience. Prior experience of working in biologics /vaccine field.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills, leadership ability and ethical judgment.
Ability to work collaboratively within team and with other departments.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Has CAN DO attitude to meet new challenge.
