Job Descriptions

The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Exports function. We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma’s vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers.

In this role you will report into the Head of Exports.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing of Orders to agreed batches /MOQ’s and within specified times, updating customers with required information completing of necessary documentation.
  • Liaising with the supply chain to ensure orders are dispatched in line with OTIF.
  • Maintenance of Order book and co-ordination with Planning and customer within agreed timeframes.
  • Managing Debtor Days for Exports, chasing customers for payments.
  • Processing of credit notes.
  • Processing of Packaging and Registration Recharges.
  • Compiling and completion of reports to agreed timelines.
  • Assist in department activities and provide cover as requested, assist in reception relief, stock takes as required.
  • Ensure procedures are documented/updated for all activities in your charge and kept up to date.
  • Participate in meetings as requested.
  • Management of Dangerous Goods and Controlled drugs shipments.
  • Generation of new business by following up with clients when required.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as required.
  • Manage and process obsoleting of redundant codes via Q-Pulse and attend the CRB meeting.
  • Maintaining data on Salesforce / databases.
  • Support BD team, send samples on request.
  • All in Packaging – Manage changeover of product to all in packaging.
  • Signing CCFs and Revision to BOMs and managing Rejection Notices via Q-Pulse.
  • Campaign process – contact relevant customers informing them of campaigns and following up to ensure orders are received in time for the campaign.
  • Contacting customers to take aged stock and updating the WIP report in relation to released stock in CV and Realoch warehouse.
  • Contacting customers in relation to queries with packaging in connection to current or upcoming artwork / regulatory changes through the ACR / DNR process.
  • Managing gap analysis, contacting customers to encourage them to place orders for dispatch before the end of the financial year.
  • Contacting customers to send in their forecasts for the coming financial year and rolling forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Recording prices quoted to customers.
  • Recording customer complaints.
  • Replying to internal and external emails within 48 hours from receipt.
  • Work as a team member.

  • Strong computer skills in MS Office
     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong computer skills in MS Office
  • 2 + years experience in Logistics.
  • Good analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiply tasks and cope with pressure of peak workloads through good planning and time management.
