Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide Company Secretarial functions to regulated entity
  • Provide support at various committees & Board Meetings.
  • Produce accurate minutes which reflect the content and contributions of the meetings
  • Correctly note each action, assign owners and target dates
  • Follow up and report on progress of actions

Qualifications

  • Third level qualification in business is desirable
  • ICSA qualification
  • Excellent Microsoft Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the position of Company Secretary
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
