Your Responsibilities:
Respond to and execute online and voice Business Banking current account & credit applications
Develop comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products and services
Interact and form links with Business Banking customers and other partners while operating within agreed service level agreements
Provide advice to Business Banking customers on products and services that meet their financial needs
Prepare required credit assessment recommendations
Satisfy regulatory obligations, .e.g. SME Lending Regulations
Work as part of a team and on own initiative
Measure key performance indicators to ensure you meet agreed objectives
Requirements:
Essential
APA Loans / QFA Qualified
Computer literate in MS Office applications – minimum Word and Excel
Understanding of sales systems and processes
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Desired
Previous telephony / call centre experience
Previous Business Banking experience
Previous sales/customer service experience
Bachelors Degree
