Are you passionate about cars, customer satisfaction, and seeking an exciting career in the motor industry? Our client is a leading car dealer in Ireland since 1922 is seeking self motivated individuals to join their sales team. Previous car sales experience is essential for this role.

Type of Employment: PERMANENT

Location: Waterford, Ireland

Working Hours: Mon-Sat (Sun plus one weekday off)

Salary: up to 90K OTE

Main Responsibilities:

• Meeting and exceeding Targets
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met if not exceeded.
• Achieving maximum profitability on sales by selling finance and insurance products.
• Building a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate needs, and proactively promoting suitable vehicle features and benefits.
• Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of the motor industry

Requirements:

• Proven experience in car sales (min 1 year)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities 
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions 
• Hold a full, clean Irish driving Licence
• Live no more than 40 mins from Waterford
• Good computer Skills
