Key Responsibilities

-Assist in enhancing the structure of the data, its accuracy and effectiveness, the current setup and reporting
-Implement and support Oracle Netsuite modules as required to support the IT run and build teams
-Install, configure, maintain (upgrade and patch) an ERP database and mobile data systems
-Develop database standards, guidelines and best practices
-Provide cross functional on going support and maintenance across the Groups ERP platform, Oracle Netsuite, Arc GIS and Geopal
-Provision of first and second line support, delivering on agreed enhancement requests to the Oracle system
-Preparation and maintenance of documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents etc)
-Management of issue resolutionAbout the roleWe are currently expanding our team and looking for an ERP Administrator, who will be based in Limerick, working on Smart Metering project. Liaising with operational leaders and the design team will be an integral part of the role. ERP platform exposure is a necessity in this role. Graduate candidates from relevant disciplines will also be considered.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Master/ Degree in Information Technology with minimum 2-3 years working experience in supporting business applications
  • Must have Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP system experience
  • Develops database maintenance procedures and tools, utilizing best practices
  • Designs, develops and maintains complex databases
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP application technology
  • Aptitude to learn applications through research of detailed written manuals and online knowledge bases
  • Passionate, pro-active, highly driven/determined, career-minded, delivery oriented personality for culture fit
  • Manage the integrity of ERP applications and systems, including troubleshooting, data cleansing and the implementation of backup and recovery processes
  • Perform a variety of tasks as required by the project Service Delivery Manager
  • Knowledge, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Technically minded with a good ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
  • Data analysis datasets   including spatial data
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision & Ability to work within a team
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Organisational & Planning Skills
  • Able to balance competing priorities and meet personal targets within a fluctuating & demanding workload
