Senior Accountant – Claremorris, Co. Mayo 

FDC Group is a fast growing, full service, multi-disciplined professional services provider.  Established in 1973, with headquarters in Cork and 40+ office locations nationwide, we offer a  range of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Agri-Consultancy, Financial and Business Advisory to a  diversified portfolio of almost 30,000 clients. 

We are seeking to hire a Senior Accountant in our office in Claremorris, Co. Mayo. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage your own block of clients annually and develop strong client relationships • Personal & Corporate Tax returns for farmers, businesses and companies • Consultancy assignments 

• Deliver client assignments in a timely and professional manner 

• Managing a team and scheduling client assignments 

Candidate Profile: 

• Ideally 5 years + accounting experience in practice accounting 

• Qualified Accountant 

• Effective business advisor to clients 

• Motivated self-starter with an ambition to continue progressing successfully your  career 

• Must have good interpersonal skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor  junior staff
