As a Customer Success & Growth Advisor, you will provide day to day transactional support to our customers across a range of financial products, at all times supporting our customers to enable them to achieve their financial goals. Our focus is to deliver an exceptional Customer experience by blending the most up to date technology with our highly skilled and trained people, through inbound and outbound telephony and video conferencing activities.
Responsibilities:
Support our customers with their day to day financial transaction needs
As required respond to queries regarding online and voice credit applications
Interact and build relationships with customers and other partners while operating within
agreed service level agreements
Work as part of a team and on own initiative
Requirements:
A passion for accuracy and attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
A passion for delivering the highest level of customer experience through adherence to regulations, compliance, policies and best practices.
A deep understanding of compliance in a contact centre environment.
