Job Description

  • Lead any activities related to New product Introductions within supply chain as required.
  • Attend / Lead all Launch Calls both internal and external as required.
  • Lead internal NPI meeting and follow up on any actions as necessary
  • Adhere to internal Launch schedule to ensure all Launches are delivered on time as per Local and Global Launch KPIs
  • Take a lead in developing lean procedures/processes within the department with an emphasis on workload reduction and process streamlining to provide the optimal turnaround for market launch and order processing
  • Support Supply chain function on cross company projects as required.
  • Provide any support required during Supply Chain led projects in accordance with a pre-approved project plan, schedule, and current project management best practice.
  • Oversee product setup on internal systems, including SAP and Manufacturing Execution System following requests for Initial Commercial Supply from affiliates.
  • Key user for SAP for Supply chain Group – Support any Master Data generation or updates required.
  • Act as SAP SME for Supply chain function on any cross functional project teams.
  • Key User for MDG for Supply Chain – Support new item set up as part of NPI process or any data updates required in MDG

  • GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate fully in any cross functional training initiatives.
  • Drive and promote the corporate values within the workplace.
  • Actively foster, in cooperation with other TIL staff, an ethos and culture of safety awareness where safety is accepted as an integral part of the overall business.
  • Ensure that Accident Reports / Near Miss Forms are completed in a timely manner after an event.
  • Ensure timely completion of all SOP, reading, training and assessment.
  • Other duties as required and directed by the relevant Manager or other Officer appointed by the Board of Directors.
  • Requirements
  • A degree level qualification in relevant discipline or a recognized professional qualification in Supply Chain.
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years’ experience within a Supply Chain role preferably within the Pharmaceutical arena and with project management experience.
  • Proven record of working within a SAP controlled environment
  • Proven knowledge of the impact of quality compliance / regulation and day to day practices.
  • Proven experience in a project management role.
  • SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent working knowledge of SAP and MDG
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
