Reservations & Events Executive– Dublin City Centre.

Logic360 Ireland is seeking for an Experienced, Reservations Agent to join the well-known, 4 star Hotel in Dublin City Centre! Position available immediately. The role:

• Dealing with incoming calls for bedroom & events enquiries
• Dealing with incoming e-mail queries from new and existing clients for rooms and conferences and events
• Taking bookings accurately and in a helpful, friendly manner
• Responding to all email enquires in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• Experience in Hotel Reservations, Meetings and Events
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• A strong customer service ethos and background
• A can do attitude and the ability to work well in team
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and other computer software
• Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must be a team player
