Responsible and accountable for the day to day management of client account/s
Ensure account objectives within company standards are achieved
Continuously build and nurture Client relationship
Full project management: set up, turnaround & reporting functions
Ensure full territory/call coverage within agreed client time frames
Analyze results and make recommendations where appropriate
Provide timely reporting to clients, to highest standard at all times
Manage budget allocation for each client activity to ensure revenue and margin achievement
Develop personnel within the team

Ability to manage multiple clients closely ensuring all client KPI’s are met
Effectively manage client accounts through individual team members and self, ensuring both head office and field teams are delivering to the standards of performance required
Liaise directly with clients on an on-going basis providing high quality service at all times – to include both feedback on current activity and opportunities for future activity
Maintain a high level of client understanding along with competitor activity, understanding client needs and the market in which they operate
Work closely with the Account Director to fully understand the FMI operating systems and procedures and the standard of service delivery required on all operations
