The role of the Project Delivery Lead is an integral one in the leadership and delivery of quality, fit for purpose solutions, delivered within agreed deadlines, and to the required quality standards, in order to meet the business requirements of internal customers of Permanent TSB Bank. The dual role reflects the transition between roles depending on the occurrences of specific Projects requiring an assigned IT Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an environment of innovation and continuous improvement, focusing on quality, cost reduction and process development.
Produce detailed IT Project Plans demonstrating task identification, ownership and control, critical path identification, milestones and risks. Manages the Project Plan to completion including dealing effectively with slippage and risk.
Support the IT Management team in implementing changes in Processes and Systems to deliver productivity and service improvements.
Support analysis of requirements from a technical point of view and drive the technical direction of the project that best support¿s the business requirements and overall IT architecture and strategy.
Requirements:
5 Years - Proven experience in delivering change for Banking-Finance-Regulatory applications -from the front end application process all the way through to backend integration with internal and external supporting systems.
Proven IT Project Management-Change Delivery experience
5 Years - IT technical experience with Microsoft-Oracle Technologies
Agile and Traditional-Waterfall Software development lifecycle, procedures and standards.
