The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Cost Accountant role will make an impact:

• Cost accounting and analysis for Viatris Damastown, including standard costing and month-end SAP Plant close processes, reporting of variances.

• Inventory accounting, calculation and analysis of inventory provisions and write-offs.

• Support preparation of budgets, forecasts and KPIs.

• Business partnering to provide timely and accurate information to support decision making.

• Maintain AUC (Asset Under Construction) process and Asset Cycle Count programme.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA part qualified accountant, with at least 2 years’ post qualification experience.

• SAP FI experience required.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably for a global company.

• Strong IT skills, including MS Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail required.

• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise work.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer focus.

• Engaged team member with fluent skills in English both written and oral.
