Portfolio Strategic Planning: Champion the strategic planning process, collaborating closely with brand teams, facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops leveraging the right strategic tools to deliver winning strategies and achieve the desired ambitions and business outcomes for our leading brands.
Ideation Techniques: Be an expert in ideation and insight generation that can lead and facilitate multi stakeholder insight generation workshops with custom tools and techniques.
Briefing and Creative: work closely with brand teams to optimize briefing documents to support creative scopes.
Launch Excellence: In accordance with Global and local brand teams, lead and optimize the Launch Excellence Framework to ensure seamless and highly integrated strategic processes that avoids unnecessary duplication of action and/or confusion for all internal stakeholders engaged in strategic planning process.
Integrated Brand Excellence: co-create and deploy an integrated and elevated approach to strategic brand management overseeing briefing and output excellence from discovery to execution in close collaboration with multi discipline Local and Global brand teams.
Insights: Ability to leverage human centered design/ behavioral insight techniques to distill multiple data inputs into deep human insights, sharpening strategic focus and briefing excellence to rapidly connect to our customers/patients in a more powerful way
Communication/Change Management: ability to create the vision and action plan (with internal teams) to achieve the change management required to allow Brand Excellence to maintain momentum and become a sustainable change within our organization.
X-Functional Partnerships: Ensure alignment with cross-functional Global and Area partners (Brand Excellence Capabilities, Brand Academy)
Processes: leading and coordinating the Brand Planning Process / Launch Excellence Process in accordance with Global / Area and local teams.
Market Research Governance: monitoring and governing market research conducted by brand teams. Where needed leverage outputs from brand workshops, briefing research partners to test deep insight hypothesis and potential opportunities where further exportation is required.
Education and Experience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in agency, consultancy with commercial multi-functional experience in Pharma or Healthcare
Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent
Experience in driving high performing brands in highly competitive markets
Demonstrated experience in developing, aligning, socializing, monitoring, adapting, and delivering strategies in exciting, rapidly changing environments
Self-motivated individual with a strong ‘can do’ attitude
Skill to facilitate multi stakeholder insight generation workshopping with custom tools and techniques
