The Role & What You Will Be Doing
In the Project Manager Lifecycle Management role, you will help drive cost optimisation projects for Europe across different business streams from project initiation and approval stage until implementation. The role has an end-to-end responsibility from project initiation and approval, through interactions with key decision makers, to effective project execution by leading project teams with representatives from Commercial, Operations, Regulatory, Quality and Finance.

Manage the Lifecycle Management program for key OSD and Derm Vertical products in Europe.
Define milestones as well as success criteria and successfully deliver on-time by selection, execution on product change opportunities with the aim to secure continuity of supply.
Typically managed changes that the Lifecycle Management Programme addresses include repatriations to internal manufacturing sites, qualifications of new API manufacturers, product switches and tech transfers.
Track and provide complete and reliable overview of programme deliverables, such as timelines and milestone execution.
Manage international cross-functional project teams (incl. Regulatory, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, etc.) for a focused execution of product switches, tech transfers, pack transfers and line extensions to deliver on committed project timelines, applying the principles of careful planning, execution, monitoring and closing of projects.
Co-ordinate all project management activities in relation to cutover dates with markets, supply chain, artwork teams and other cross-functional teams to achieve on-time delivery.
Interface with TPM Tech Services and Manufacturing Teams on technical transfers to ensure on-time submission and approval timelines.
Drive cross-functional resolutions of issues with specialist functions relevant to the Operational Phase (i.e. TPM Tech Service Manager, Regulatory, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, SPC, MDM, etc.) to deliver on committed project timelines.
Ensure consistent communication to all key stakeholders throughout the planning and implementation of the change and switch process.
Collaborate with the steering committee and senior vertical leaders on the progress of the LCM programme and alignment on deliverables.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Master's degree in a Life Science, Business or a related discipline.
Specific knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, global and generic pharmaceutical competition, pricing, regulatory and legal actions, health authorities as well as GMP rules and regulations.
Understanding of the various product related Pricing and Costing functions and how they must effectively intertwine for efficient operation.
