As our Sales Operations Representative, you’ll support HID’s success by:
Taking responsibility for and become a champion of EAT products and services providing sales support across all EAT sales channels
Maintaining and managing all licenses and partners agreement including direct liaison with customers, update of the database and report.
Setting up new customer account, manage account update in CRM tools, ensure all document in CRM tools is compliant to internal requirements. Directly solicit for new account information to customers.
Providing quotations, review and screen POs and champion demand forecast in Sales and Operations (S&OP) process.
Ordering Backlog Management: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations Teams to ensure maximum revenue attainment each month and consistent feedback to customer and Field Sales on order progress
Setting up Pricing and Special Quotes in CRM tools. Coordinate with customers and sales team to ensure all information is precise and accurate for management approval.
Coordinating with Customer Service, Operations and Finance for supporting sales orders and sample orders booking.
Setting up and maintaining revenue sales reports as well as forecast reports.
Liaising with internal support teams on satisfying special customer requirements on POs.
Providing complete and professional communications to customers and internal sales team via phone and email while maintaining these results and action items through CRM tools.
Continuous learning of product enhancements. Communicate product updates to customers, including End of Life (EOL), new technology introduction, product change notice.
Participating as key member partnering with the external sales team to provide exemplary customer service and maximize team efficiency and revenue.
Providing timely submission of monthly reports, expense reports and other related action items as required by senior management.

Your Experience and Education include:
Associate degree (or better) or equivalent training and experience in sales, or customer service organization.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales operations, inside sales, sales assistant or account management.
Other EMEA language(s) an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, Web based tools or CRM tools like SalesForce.
