Job Description:
Christopher Byrne Engineering Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating a variety of metal components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in both MIG and TIG welding, along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weld and fabricate metal components according to technical specifications and blueprints
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and other types of welding as required
  • Ensure all work meets quality control standards and safety regulations
  • Operate cutting, bending, and shaping machinery for metal fabrication
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to solve technical issues and improve processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Welder and Fabricator, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good understanding of safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
