Job Description
  • Act as the contact for all assignee related queries and support assignees through the assignment process including:
  • The provision of administrative support for the work permit application process including new applications and the renewal of applications.
    Management of the onboarding process for assignees including:
  • The provision of support for travel arrangements, local hotels and accommodation bookings, the arrangement of rental cars or taxi’s where required, and the resolution of any issues or changes in a prompt manner.
    Working with a third party provider where required to support the relocation process.
    The provision of information to assignees as requested and in the form of a welcome pack for new assignees.
    Collaboration with internal departments e.g. IT and the customer to ensure that the necessary provisions are in place for the assignees start date.
    Assisting assignees with any issues with regard to their arrival or departure from Ireland and the provision of travel documentation where required.
    Tracking the arrival and departure of assignees and other visitors to the customer’s site.
    Accompanying the assignee to appointments, (e.g. Irish Residence emit Registration/accommodation viewing appointments/medical appointments/bank appointments etc.).
  • Working with internal departments and the customer to manage the assignee lifecycle.
  • Ensuring that all relevant assignee documentation is in place and filed on the HR system.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Requirements
  • You are a native Japanese-speaker or are fluent (both written and spoken).
  • You have a high level of English (both written and spoken).
  • A qualification in Business, Human Resources or related are is preferable.
  • You have excellent computer skills including MS Office.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You have experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • You can demonstrate initiative and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • You have a full Irish driving license.
