The successful candidate will join the DMO Product Development Engineering (DMO PDE) Ireland team. This team is part of a broader worldwide team with locations in Oregon, Arizona and Israel.
DMO PDE serves as the principal technical conduit between the high volume production fabs and design division business groups, die prep/assembly/test, and other enabling organisations such as Quality and Reliability, Planning, and Sales and Marketing. Our mission-critical role is to represent the fab in the development of our products, in order to maximise manufacturability and product health (i.e. Product Performance and Yield) and use of our vast fab network most efficiently while still delighting our customers.
Responsibilities of DMO PDE include, but are not limited to:
Monitor product health (Product Test Yield) and work with the fabs to drive yield improvements to ensure we are meeting or beating product health goals.
Provide Power/Performance guidance to the fabs and monitor performance vs expectations.
Promote content sharing and matching where possible across products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's (NFQ Level 8) or Masters (NFQ Level 9) or Doctoral (NFQ Level 10) qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Physics or similar area.t
Preferred Qualifications:
Solid self-directed work ethic and a problem-solving can-do attitude.
Solid written/verbal communication.
Willing to work in a diverse team-oriented environment
Although not essential, an understanding of Circuit Test/Design, Semiconductor Device physics, Data Analytics, Scripting (Python, SQL, Perl and C, C#) would be very beneficial
