Summary

This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the relevant department.  We are looking for an individual who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma’s vision to be the most valued global provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to join our team. This position is designed for recent graduates looking to start their career in the related industry/field. The Graduate Trainee will undergo a comprehensive training program, gaining hands-on experience and developing a broad understanding of our business operations.

As part of our 18-month graduate program 2024/2025, we are offering opportunities in the following areas:

  • Quality Control
  • Quality Assurance
  • Research & Development
  • Engineering & Maintenance
  • Finance
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured training program that includes rotations.
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects, contributing to the team’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and present reports, proposals, and recommendations.
  • Attend meetings and participate in discussions to gain insights into business strategies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures. 

Programme Outline:

  • 6-month rotations (approximately) within the department or across different functions within the company.
  • Meaningful projects with clear job responsibilities that help Graduates learn but also aligning with the company’s objectives.
  • Senior leaders within the company offer guidance, feedback, and support to help participants navigate their roles and career paths effectively.
  • Access to training sessions, workshops, online courses, coaching, and other learning resources to enhance your skills and knowledge in relevant areas.
  • Network with professionals across different functions and levels within the organisation.
  • Successful completion of the graduate program can lead to various career advancement opportunities within the company.

 Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous internship or work experience in relevant a field/industry.
  • Knowledge of specific software/tools relevant to the position.
  • Leadership experience through extracurricular activities or projects.
