Job Objectives

  • Live our Mission, Vision and Values.
  • Submit applications for Planning Permissions.
  • Submit applications for Fire Certificates.
  • Preparing detailed CAD drawings.
  • Prepare accurate costings per drawings.
  • Advising the Company on the practicality of any project.
  • Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
  • Attending regular meetings with contractors and other specialists.
  • Making site visits during any construction works.
  • Problem solving during construction works.

           This list of key duties is not exhaustive.

 

Skills Required

  • Qualified Architectural Technician.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of Planning and its associated compliance regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of the project execution through design and completion.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish Construction industry and associated regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Planning and its associated compliance regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of the project execution through design and completion.
  • Ability to effectively and concisely communicate with team members, management, external contractors, and any other key business relationships.
  • Must demonstrate sound judgement and an ability to make business-critical decisions in a timely fashion.
  • Full Clean Driver’s licence.
