About the job

ASL Maintenance, the EASA part. 145 aircraft maintenance branch of ASL Aviation Holdings is looking for: Tooling & Warehouse Coordinator based in Paris (CDG) , Brussels (BRU) or Liege (LGG) wit oversight over all bases.

About ASL Maintenance:

ASL Maintenance’s mission is to provide excellent airworthiness maintenance services to our

concern’s airlines. With a team of nearly 300 technicians based in Brussels (Base Maintenance Hangar), Liege (Line Maintenance hangar) and Paris CDG (Line station) ASL Maintenance ensures that our 130 strong fleet of ATR’s, B737’s and B747’s operate efficiently, safely and on-time all over the world.

Frequent trips and stays are to be expected to any of our existing or future bases.

Responsibilities

Tooling & Warehouse activities

Oversight of the tooling & warehouse activities including:

a. Tooling inventory and control.

b. Ensuring that proper tooling handling procedures are set and enforced on all bases.

c. Maintain the 24/7 serviceability of tools according to the strictest regulation applicable.

d. Develop our tooling array and build tooling purchase cases.

e. Maintain a constant supervision of the second hand tooling market to detect opportunities for tooling acquisition or sale for ASL Maintenance.

f. Warehouse (consumables & tooling) set up and organization.

g. Training of the existing or new tooling and warehouse personnel.

Qualifications

Vocational training in mechanics, workshop operations, or workshop supervision.

Knowledge, training on EASA part 145 rules applicable to tools and warehouse activities is a must.

3 years experience working in a part 145 MRO warehouse and tooling operation is a must.

Experience in AMOS or other MRO software is a strong merit.

Experience and training in LEAN management techniques is a merit.

Ability to work under pressure.

Good corporate and cultural sensitivity.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Can do attitude.

Strong results orientation combined with customer service mind-set.

Good planning and organizing skills.

Good knowledge of English is a must, command of French or Dutch are strong merits.

Salary & Benefits

The correct candidate can expect a solid package including a base salary (25,000 to 35,000 euro depending on the applicant's experience and training as well as the main base location), yearly bonus, private medical insurance.
