Due to business expansion Corrib Oil are currently recruiting Cooks of all grades for our fast-paced kitchen in Castlerea.

This is a full-time role with no late shifts, no split shifts and rotational weekends off.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Meals
• Strong presentation skills, ensuring that food is presented to a high standard
• Minimise waste and identify cost saving measures
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Experience of HACCP
• Ordering and stock control including stock takes.
• Carry out any other duties associated with the role and as assigned by management
• Must be flexible to work across week
